    CityFest would not be possible without volunteers and community sponsors. If you would like to volunteer to help the Alabaster Arts Council before or during the CityFest event, please fill out the following information. Once you submit your information, our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to discuss volunteer opportunities.
  • This number will only be used for coordinating volunteer details. We will not share your phone number with anyone other than our Volunteer Coordinator.
  • CityFest Volunteers are needed beginning the Friday afternoon before the event, and then all-day on Saturday (event day). What times would you be available to work?

    Tell us about yourself so that we can assign appropriate tasks.
  • Volunteers will receive an official Alabaster CityFest t-shirt.
  • CityFest is an outdoor event covering acres of land. Although some volunteer jobs require more physical ability than others, jobs may require a lot of walking and the ability to be in extreme heat for a period of time. Let us know if you have any health conditions that need to be considered when assigning tasks.
